Group Coaching
Some people do better with the accountability and additional conversation of the group format. Although this can sometimes feel intimidating at first, it helps to remember that everyone in the group is working on the same or similar goals as you are so there is no need to be bashful! Of course, group coaching can also be a more affordable way to reach your goals.
